Axceed Wave

One approval gate for every channel you publish to.

Axceed Wave is a managed, multi-channel broadcast service for content your team has already written — blog, email, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Every post moves through draft → ready for review → approved → published, enforced in the API itself, never a direct draft-to-publish shortcut.

A managed publishing queue, not another dashboard to babysit

Approval-gated, by construction
No content reaches a live channel without passing through draft → ready_for_review → approved → published — enforced at the API layer, not left to team discipline.
📝
Content sourced from your team
Wave doesn't write your copy — it schedules and ships what your team already produced, with every post traceable back to its source.
📰
Blog, live today
Publishing a blog post is a real, native action — approval flips a status flag and the post is live at /blog immediately, with no external dependency in the path.
✉️
Email, live today
Approved email sends go out through a live delivery integration the moment scheduling triggers — recipients and subject managed per post, not a separate tool.
📋
Full audit trail
Every publish attempt on every channel — sent, skipped, or errored — is logged to an append-only record, so what went out (or didn't) is never guesswork.
📡
Multi-channel architecture
X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp connectors already run through the same approval pipeline as Blog and Email — live posting on those channels is rolling out on top of that shared foundation.

Frequently asked questions

Can Wave post directly to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, or WhatsApp today?

Blog and Email are live today. The same approval pipeline already supports X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp as channels, and live posting on them is being rolled out on top of it — until then, those entries are safely logged as not-yet-configured rather than silently dropped or faked as sent.

Does anything ever go out without a human sign-off?

No. Every post moves through draft → ready_for_review → approved → published — approval requires an explicit approver, and publishing is gated on schedule timing. This is enforced in the API itself, not just a team process someone could skip.

Who operates Wave — do I get my own login?

Wave runs as a managed service: Axceed's own team operates the approval and publishing queue on your behalf against content your team supplies. Every action is logged and auditable — see Pricing for how it's packaged.
